Voyage to Wreck of the Titanic

The wreck of the Titanic, two and a half miles under the Atlantic Ocean, was photographed by. Dr. Evans on board the submersible Mir1; the same submersible used for the underwater scenes in the blockbuster movie Titanic. This presentation includes Dr. Evans’ Titanic photographs, and contrasts the safety of his dive to the recent catastrophic implosion of the submersible Titan with the loss of all on board.

About the presenter:  Leonard Evans, with a doctorate in physics from Oxford University, England is arguably the world’s top traffic safety researcher; his book Traffic Safety is recognized as the classic in the field.
